What people ask before they put a card in.
- What counts as an aircraft?
- One tail number you can dispatch. A plan's aircraft limit is the number of airframes on your schedule at once, not the number of bookings, hours, or people using them. Pull an aircraft off the line for an annual and it still occupies its slot until you remove it.
- Do students and members count toward the price?
- No. Every plan, including the free one, carries unlimited students and members. That is the whole point of pricing by fleet size: growing your roster never raises your bill, so you are never deciding whether a new member is worth the seat cost.
- Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?
- It is free forever. One aircraft, unlimited students and members, calendar scheduling, and currency tracking, with no credit card and no expiry date. If one airplane is your whole operation, you never have to pay us anything.
- What do the paid plans add?
- Fleet capacity, and nothing else. Small Fleet covers up to 3 aircraft at $19/month, Club up to 8 at $39/month, Full Fleet up to 20 at $79/month, and Unlimited removes the cap at $149/month. Instructors, students and members are unlimited on every paid plan. Each one includes a 7-day free trial and does not ask for a card up front.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Paid plans are month to month, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling drops you back to the free plan rather than closing your account, so your schedule, aircraft, and currency records stay where they are.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual billing runs 10 times the monthly rate, so two months are free. Small Fleet is $190 a year, Club $390, Full Fleet $790, and Unlimited $1,490.
- Do you charge a setup fee, or per booking?
- Neither. The monthly or annual plan price is the whole cost. There is no setup fee, no per-booking charge, and no per-instructor charge at all: instructor accounts are unlimited on every paid plan.
- What if our fleet is bigger than the plans cover?
- The Unlimited plan carries unlimited aircraft and instructors, so almost every operation fits inside it. If you are running multiple bases or need something the plans do not describe, get in touch and we will work it out with you directly.
